A zen lounge is available for you to have a comfortable place to wait before your fitness class or spa appointment. There is also a wellbeing boutique if you are looking for new products to help motivate you on your wellness journey. Overall, the facilities and amenities found at Exhale make a visit here feel like a luxury experience.

The Classes

The most popular fitness class at Exhale is barre. Barre is a full body workout that involves a combination of yoga, pilates, and ballet. Poses are held for a sustained period of time with micromovements to work every muscle. This great class will leave you shaking but results in a leaned, tone look. Another class held at Exhale is cardio. The cardio classes consist of a mix of high energy movements to burn calories, boost metabolism, and improve heart health. Within the cardio category you can take classes such as HIIT, HIIT 30, cardio blast, and barre + cardio. With so many options to choose from, there’s sure to be something that aligns with your goals!

Another genre of classes offered at Exhale are yoga. Yoga is a great practice that combines physical poses, stretching, and meditation. Four types of yoga classes are available consisting of recovery, chill yoga, flow yoga, and power yoga. Each type of yoga offers a unique benefit that can help you improve your wellness.

Before Your First Class

These classes fill up fast, so we recommend reserving your spot ahead of time! You can easily book your class on the Exhale website or through their app. A single class is $30, while packages are also available for a more affordable price. Props and mats are included in this price for use during classes. However, it’s important to remember proper footwear for the activity you are participating in! Gippy socks are needed for the Barre classes and can be purchased at the gym itself or in the wellbeing boutique if you don’t already have some. The HIIT, HIIT 30, and Cardio Blast classes require sneakers as you’ll need the support while you move around. The remaining classes offered are all completed barefoot on a mat, so footwear that is easy to slip on and off is ideal.

Some other general tips are to properly fuel your body with food before and after the workout, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and don’t be scared to ask any questions! The welcoming space and great staff are more than happy to help.
